The outcome of this module will be a deep awareness of who you are that culminates in a tangible personal vision board for your twenties grounded on 8 key areas of life that define wholesome success and balance.
LeadSMART
You will launch your leadership journey! You wil learn how to lead yourself, lead a team and lead a cause. How to influence people whether or not you have direct authority over them and that leadership requires constant immersion and learning!
MoneySMART
You will leave with a good understanding of the personal money cycle that starts in your 20s and stretches beyond your 80s. You will understand how money works, financial disciplines and opportunities to start embracing in your 20s.
PitchSMART
You will learn how to effectively communicate your ideas, thoughts, and experiences to others in a way that is engaging and memorable. You will appreciate how good storytelling skills foster empathy, build relationships, and inspire action.
InvestSMART
At the end of this module you will be able to articulate a winning investment strategy to a real life investor and will be comfortable using an online real-time stock price simulator to trade in global stocks!
BizSMART
At the end of this module you will complete a business model built around your own idea that can support the potential launch of an online business that aligns with the new online business models that are thriving in the post Covid business era.
CareerSMART
Throughout this module, you will be challenged to think globally for viable business solutions whilst working with a global team. You will immerse yourself in a cultural tour and appreciate how much the world is interconnected.
You will solve a real business problem for a real global company working with a global team.
